What parties do you offer?
We offer a variety of sports parties with a football, cricket, basketball, short tennis or multi-sports focus, with other sports available on request.
We offer 3 packages - bronze, silver and gold, priced to suit every budget. Please see above for further details of price.
Do I have to book a party venue?
You will need to organise your own party venue as we are a mobile-based children's party service and therefore come to the venue of your choice. Ideal party venues are local village halls, community centres, schools or even your garden.
We do have links with two Horsham-based party venues and are more than happy to check availability on your behalf. Use of these venues comes at an additional cost.
How long does it take to set-up?
It takes 20-30 minutes to set-up before the party activities start and 20 minutes to set down after the activities have finished.
Can we have a break in the activities so that the children can all have some food and a drink?
It's a great idea to take a short break half way, to three quarters of the way, through the party to let the children refuel before their final activities. Then at the end of the party there will be an awards and certificates ceremony before the party-goers head home.
What happens if I need to cancel my party?
If you need to cancel your party, we are more than happy to move it to a different date, subject to availability.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your party, due to circumstances outside of our control, you will receive a full refund. Following any such cancellation, we will email you with details of how and when you will be refunded.
Can I add extra children to the party even though your packages set out the number of children included?
You can add extra children to the party at an additional cost, which is dependent on your party package and the number of children already attending. Please email info@kidsallstarsports.com to discuss this and receive a quote.
Do you provide party food?
Unfortunately we do not provide food for your party and therefore you will need to organise this yourself.
Can I have a refund of any kind or change my party package if I have children pull out of coming to the party?
We understand that sometimes parents change their minds and decide that their child cannot make a party that they have agreed they will attend. Unfortunately we do not provide any type of refund if your numbers change. Instead we guarantee to give your child the best party possible, so they will barely notice if anyone is missing!
