Football Camps with Kids' All Star Sports
The Forest School, Horsham
KASS Football Camps are open to children of all abilities, aged 8-13 years of age and run over the course of 3 days. Children attend 1, 2 or 3 days, with each day having a skills-based focus, for example shooting, passing or dribbling. Each camp provides a fantastic opportunity for your child to be coached by our football-specialist PE teachers. As well as aiming to improve their football skills, the camp strives to build your child's confidence and support them in developing friendships in order to work successfully as part of a team. This is achieved through a well-structured mix of training, challenges, matches and tournaments.
Structure of the day
9:00am - 9:20am: REGISTER – Players will be registered and begin the morning's Coaches Challenge
9:20am - 10:00am: WARM UP & SAQ – Players will be warmed up and complete a Speed Agility Quickness circuit in order to improve their agility, balance and co-ordination For example, they will be jumping hurdles and ladders, moving in and out of cones, making explosive turns etc.
10:00am - 11:00am: MORNING SESSION – Players will be split into groups, based on their age and ability, and will complete various football activities and games linking with the Theme of the Day.
11:00am - 11:30am: – SNACK TIME – Players will have 30 minutes to socialise, enjoy a drink and a snack and to purchase items from our tuck shop, should they wish.
11:30am - 1:00pm: MIDDAY SESSION – Returning to their groups, players will begin by taking part in new games and activities to improve their Theme of the Day and then move on to small-sided games.
1:00pm - 1:30pm: LUNCH TIME – Players will have 30 minutes to have lunch and socialise.
1:30 - 2:50pm: TOURNAMENT – Players will be organised into mixed age and ability teams to take part in a large-scale tournament.

AWARDS CEREMONY - The camp will conclude with an awards ceremony, with some players receiving a certificate and custom medal for
Magic Moment of the Day,
Top Goal Scorer
and
Player of the Day.
3:00pm: HOME TIME – Players should be collected, or walk home if they have been given consent.
Activities and the Theme of the Day will vary across each of the three days so that each camp is tailored to the children attending and to the weather.
